Troubleshoot import errors

If you encounter an import error:

1) In your filled in csv file, double-check all required columns are filled in on all rows.

2) If you entered values in the non-required columns, make sure the values in your .csv file are acceptable values for that field. E.g. for Search Topics, column “Competition” only takes “Zero”, “Low”,”Medium”,”High”, or “Extreme” as acceptable values. Go back to the Search Topics view to see the acceptable values for each column.

3) After fixing the above issues in your csv file, open the import popup again and retry importing your csv file.
